THE ONLINE STUDY OF LITERATURE IN ISRAELI TEACHER-EDUCATION COLLEGES: FRAMEWORK AND GUIDELINES

Studying literature online has become common in teacher-education colleges since the increase of learning higher education arena. The aim this study was to identify primary components lessons as perceived by preservice teachers (PSTs). Using a qualitative, multiple case approach, data from heterogeneous population 90 PSTs attending three Israeli were retrieved, using discussions, questionnaires, and interviews. Thematic-cognitive analysis yielded major themes related technological aspects, teachers’ knowledge, PSTs' subjective experiences an lesson. Based on these findings, theoretical model constructed for developing guidelines teaching online. Given that there is no existing framework conducting online, contributes extending resources available understanding researching pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) literature.
